For the first time, CISCE has decided to introduce the Live Ink Character Recognition (LICR) solution technology while evaluating answer scripts by the examiners.

LICR is a technology which incorporates a re-purposed digital pen and a tab, used by examiners to evaluate answer scripts and help publish results in a shorter time, said sources.
