Bhubaneswar: Cuttack-Bhubaneswar Police Commissioner RP Sharma on Monday informed that some students may have involved in the hacking of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) website.
He said it is suspected that some students in Bhubaneswar may have involved in the hacking of OUAT website.
The OUAT authorities on Saturday lodged a complaint at the State Crime Branch and also at the Khandagiri police station seeking a probe into the hacking of its official website www.ouat.ac.in.
The website was hacked on Friday evening.
The website was hacked by a hacker identifying himself as ‘Don’ while posting obscene messages on the OUAT website.
