Vigilance Sleuths Detect Rs 77.70 Lakh Properties Of Jajpur Engineer

BHUBANESWAR: The vigilance sleuths on Tuesday conducted raids on the houses of an assistance executive engineer of Duburi on the allegation of possessing disproportionate assets.

The raids were conducted on the house of Khirod Kumar Tripathy, assistant executive engineer, Left Canal Division-II, Duburi in Jajpur district.

Simultaneous searches were conducted by Cuttack Division of vigilance at his residential house at Turunga Jangal, Angul, office room at Duburi, official residence at Duburi, the paternal house at Talamula Sasan, in Angul and father-in-laws house at Deogarh.

During the search operation, one three storied building at Turanga Jangal, Angul and constructed three storied Building at Talamulasasan, Banarpal, Angul were detected besides ornaments and vehicles.

The total immovable and movable asset of Khirod Kumar Tripathy has been so far calculated  to Rs.77.70 lakh.
