Central University Entrance Examination Results On May 31

BHUBANESWAR: The entrance examination results for admission into the different course of Central University of Odisha (CUO), Koraput would be declared on May 31.

The entrance examination results will be available on the University’s website- www.cuo.ac.in.

The CUO conducted entrance examination at 17 centres in different important places like Bhubaneswar, Bhadrak, Baripada, Rourkela, Bhawanipatna, Berhampur, Sambalpur, Keonjhar and Koraput all over the state.

Prof. Sachidananda Mohanty, Vice-Chancellor of the varsity, said, “I am delighted that the CUO has organised an entrance examination in so many centres throughout Odisha and the catchment areas. We will full fill our mandate for academic excellence and make this University a hub of quality education in the region”.

The Entrance examination was conducted for all its Under Graduate, Post Graduate and research programmes in Odia Language & Literature, English Language & Literature, Sanskrit, Hindi, Anthropology, Sociology, Economics, Biodiversity & Conservation of Natural Resources, MBA, BCA, Journalism and Mass Communication, Mathematics (5 years integrated), Statistics & B.Ed.

For admission in the respective courses more than 12,000 candidates applied online as well as offline. The entrance examination was held on 21st, and 22nd May 2016 and 10,421 candidates appeared the examination.
