Retired Principal Arrested For Molesting A Minor

Kendrapada: The Kendrapada police on Thursday arrested one Ghanashyam Jena, a former principal of Aul College, for his alleged involvement in molesting a class VI girl student at Niala under Aul police station.

Police sources said the retired principal molested a 13-year old minor girl while she was going on the road.

The girl’s later managed to flee from the clutches and brought the matter to her parents. The family members of the victim lodged a FIR at Aul police station against the retired principal.

After registering the FIR, the police arrested Ghanashyam Jena and produced before the court on Thursday. He remanded into judicial custody, said police.
