Vodafone Launches SuperNet In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Vodafone, one of India’s leading telecommunication service providers, on Tuesday launched Vodafone SuperNet in Odisha.

Vodafone customers can now enjoy a superior network experience and remain confidently connected, at all times, for all their voices and data needs.

“We have made strategic investments to build a highly modern, scalable and future-fit telecom network. Vodafone SuperNet will enhance the mobile internet experience for customers with faster download/upload of videos and music and greater ease in using the favourite apps. Customers will also enjoy HD voice clarity,” said Naveen Chopra, Chief Operating Officer of Vodafone India.

Vodafone customers in Odisha can enjoy a special inaugural offer to experience Vodafone SuperNet seamlessly with 500 MB of data absolutely free.

Chopra informed that it would provide 10-12 Mbps internet speed.

To cater to the growing volumes of customer usage and increasing the need for speed in the circle, Vodafone has so far invested over Rs 2000 crore.

“Odisha is the 11th populated state in the country. The market has huge potential. We have already invested over Rs 2000 crore to expand, modernize and build a more technology and energy efficient work,” said Deepak Saluja, Business Head for Odisha.

Beginning with Bhubaneswar, the company would expand the SuperNet services  across the state in a phased manner.

Presently, Vodafone is the second largest telecom operator in Odisha with over 42 lakh consumers. Vodafone has a large retail footprint with 212 branded stores spread across prominent localities in the state.
