Odisha govt launches new uniforms for technical students

Bhubaneswar: The skill development and technical education department launched a new set of dress designs for the students at Make in Odisha conclave at Janata Maidan through ramp walk.

National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has designed the uniform dresses for the students, after making a survey to various skill development institutes, sources said.

The government has designed a dress mixing of navy blue color having strips of white, gray and burgundy colors for polytechnic students while ITI students would wear dresses of mixing of beige and peach colors.

Similarly, the students of other skill development institutes would wear uniform dresses of purple having royal blue and yellow strips.
