14 injured after bus overturned in Keonjhar

Keonjhar (Odisha): As many as 14 persons were injured after a bus overturned after it hit a roadside tree near Kalikaprasad in Champua Keonjhar district in the wee hours on Thursday.

According to reports, the mishap took place at around 4.30 am when a private bus ‘Dildar’ was on the way to Ranchi from Bhubaneswar.

The driver of the ill-fated vehicle lost control on the wheels following which it hit a tree and turned turtle injuring 14 passengers.

The injured persons were admitted to the district headquarters hospital here.
