Jual Oram is indulging in wishful thinking: Naveen

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday said Union Minister Jual Oram, who claimed that some BJD leaders are showing interest to join BJP, is indulging in wishful thinking.

“I think he (Jual Oram) is indulging in wishful thinking,” Patnaik told reporters after holding a meeting with the panchayat representatives here.

Reacting to the proposal of his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar for a Bihar-like grand alliance at the national level to counter BJP surge, Patnaik said, “I think general elections are too far away and it’s too early to take any such decision.”
