Five IAS officers promoted to ACS rank

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has promoted five senior IAS officers to Additional Chief Secretary rank, said a notification.

According to the notification, Home Secretary Asit Kumar Tripathy, MSME Secretary LN Gupta, Forest and Environment Secretary Suresh Mohapatra, KBK Chief Administrator Sudarshan Pal Thakur and Higher Education Secretary GVV Sharma were elevated to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary.

The 1986-batch IAS officers will continue to serve remaining in the concerned departments even after promotion.
