Four of a family killed in road accident in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: At least four persons of a family from Deogarh were killed while two others critically injured when the Bolero vehicle they were travelling in was hit by a truck on NH-55 at Nadhara in Dhenkanal district on Monday.

While four persons were killed in the accident, one injured have been admitted to a community health centre at Hindol, said police.

They were shifting a cancer patient undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack to Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), Burla.

The deceased are one woman and three men. They belong to Landijhari village in Deogarh district.
