Time has come to end misrule of Odisha govt: Pradhan

Bhubaneswar: Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Sunday said the time has come to end the misrule of Biju Janata Dal-led government in Odisha.

Addressing a gathering here on the occasion of Prime Minister’s Man Ki Baat, Pradhan said the government, which has come to power with the blessing of people, has become arrogant and enjoying power instead of serving the people.

He said the state government is beating his own drum.

“The Chief Minister has no time for the people of Odisha. He can attend the NITI Ayog meeting. But, he can go to get an award from a private college,” said Pradhan.

Has Biju Patnaik dreamt that tribal girl would be raped in Odisha, asked the Union Minister.

“We have to begin a mass movement against the government, which has ignored the people,” said Pradhan.
