High-profile sex racket busted in Bhubaneswar, eight Thai women rescued

Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police on Saturday busted a high-profile sex racket operating at a spa in Bhubaneswar.

While the police arrested seven customers, it rescued eight foreign women engaged in the sex racket from the spa.

Acting on a tip-off about the sex racket running at H2O Spa in Bapuji Nagar here, a team of Capital Police Station raided the place and held eight Thai women along with seven others.

Several objectionable articles were also seized from the spa.

In November last year, the Commissionerate Police had detained three women from Thailand for operating a sex racket in a clandestine manner from a Spa centre in Bhubaneswar.
