Piyush Goyal to visit MCL mines in Odisha

Sambalpur: Union Coal Minister Piyush Goyal will visit the mines of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) in Odisha on Monday.

Goyal, who will be on a day-long visit, will inspect the mines in both Talcher Coalfields and Ib Valley Coalfields and review the performance of MCL.

MCL, a leading coal-producing arm of Coal India, contributes about 20 per cent to the total dry fuel production of the country.
