Jagannath Temple TikTok video: Girl detained

Puri: The Singhadwar Police in Puri on Thursday detained a girl from Nimapara area in the district on charges of recording video inside premises of Jagannath Temple and posting it on video-sharing app TikTok.

The girl had allegedly posted a video of showing inner premises (Bhoga Mandap) of Jagannath Temple in Puri. It has gone viral on social media video-sharing app TikTok.

Following the incident, an FIR was lodged with the Singhadwar Police.

Police said they will interrogate the girl on how she managed to take the mobile phone inside the temple and took videos.
