Pradhan, Gadkari review NHAI projects in Odisha

New Delhi: Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday reviewed various ongoing road projects of NHAI in Odisha.

Gadkari has directed officials of his Ministry for the speedy completion of pending road projects in Odisha.

Both the ministers also discussed the roadmap for developing eastern India as a steel cluster.

Gadkari has committed his support for the idea and offered his valuable suggestions for this endeavour of Steel Ministry, said Pradhan, who also holds the Steel Ministry portfolio.

“Further, we explored avenues of collaboration between @SteelMinIndia and @MORTHIndia for the overall development of steel sector. @nitin_gadkariji shared his insights on how road projects & water connectivity can be leveraged to provide a boost to the Indian steel industry,” tweeted Pradhan.
