4 new family courts to come up in Odisha


Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to establish four new Family Courts in the state.

The courts will be established at Anugul, Raygada, Boudh and Jagatsinghpur districts during the current financial year, informed Law Minister Pratap Jena.

Earlier, the Minister has informed that 45 fast track courts would be set up in the state for speedy trial of cases relating to sexual offenses against women and minor girls.
