Bhubaneswar: A total number of 2531 private schools have not got recognition by the state government, informed School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash in the state Assembly on Wednesday.
Answering to a question of BJD MLA Chakradhar Kanhar, the Minister stated that there are 6767 private schools in Odisha, of which only 4236 have certification of recognition so far.
