Aryan Khan’s bail plea rejected, to stay in jail

Mumbai: A Mumbai Special NDPS Court today rejected the bail applications of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. Aryan Khan’s bail hearing was at serial number 22 on the list of hearings before the Mumbai special court.

According to reports, all three bail applications have been rejected.

The arguments in the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were completed last week and Special NDPS Judge VV Patil had deferred the verdict till Wednesday, but the hearing of the remaining accused is pending.

The Mumbai sessions court, on October 14, had reserved its verdict on the bail plea of Aryan. The 23-year-old was arrested by the NCB along with his friend Arbaaz Merchant and six others following a raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.

Aryan Khan is currently lodged in Arthur Road prison in Mumbai after he was arrested by the NCB following the alleged drug seizure from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2.

Every day, news about Aryan Khan’s alleged involvement in a drugs case makes headlines. The Khan family has remained silent for a long time, and fans have been waiting for them to speak up, but they are yet to do so. We can only imagine how difficult the family’s situation is right now.
