Mamita murder case: Congress to observe Odisha bandh on Nov 12


Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) has decided to observe Odisha bandh on November 12 over the Mamita Meher murder case.

The Pradesh Congress announced that it would observe Odisha Bandh if Minister of State for Home Department, Dibya Shankar Mishra is not removed from his post in 10 days.

The Congress said that the Minister has links with Gobinda Sahu the prime accused in Mamita Meher murder case.

“If Dibya Shankar Mishra is not removed from his post, and a case is not registered against him, Congress will observe Odisha Bandh on November 12,” the party said.
