Cyclonic circulation formed over South Andaman Sea


Bhubaneswar:  Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Wednesday informed that a Cyclonic Circulation has formed over South Andaman Sea and neighbourhood and extends upto mid tropospheric levels.

“A Cyclonic Circulation has formed over South Andaman Sea and neighbourhood and extends upto mid tropospheric levels. Under its influence, a Low Pressure Area is likely to form over the same region around May 6. It is likely become more marked during subsequent 24hours,” said Meteorological Centre.

Meanwhile, Odisha Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain has urged the people not to resort to panic buying of essential commodities.  “Stocking up of essentials items may lead to artificial scarcity,” the Minister said on Twitter.
