Odisha: Jackal lynched by angry villagers

Kendrapara: Angry villagers lynched a wild jackal after the animal went on a biting spree in Odisha’s Kendrapara district on Monday.

The wild animal also injured as many as six persons at Dhanadia village.

According to locals, the jackal had trespassed into the village under the Rajnagar block.

After it bit some villagers including women, the locals attacked the jackal and killed it.
