High School Certificate exam in Odisha to begin from Feb 22

CUTTACK: The annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) would begin in Odisha from February 22, said BSE president Prof Dakhshya Prasad Nanda on Thursday.

Nanda said a total of 6,01,340 Regular and Ex-Regular students would appear the examinations in 2882 centres across the state for which elaborate security arrangements will be organised.

He said the Board has set up 305 nodal centres including 22 police stations as nodal centres for safe custody of question papers in the state that would ensure smooth conduct of HSC examinations.
