The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) held the OJS preliminary exam afresh after losing its review petition in the Orissa High Court.
The court had ordered to hold fresh exam after some students moved the court citing errors in question papers.
Notably, citing mistakes in the question papers several OJS aspirants had moved the court seeking to scrap of the examination. The OPSC had challenged the order of the single judge bench in a writ appeal, but a division bench headed by Chief Justice D H Waghela upheld the earlier order.
