All dignitaries including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Governor SC Jamir, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, union ministers Jual Oram, Dharmendra Pradhan, Odisha ministers Debi Prasad Mishra, Damodar Raut have arrived for the inauguration of IOCL Refinery project at the meeting venue at Paradip.

Besides, dignitaries from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka present during IOCL Refinery inauguration.
