Raja’s Death: Odisha Court To Hear Jessy’s Bail Plea On Tuesday

BALASORE: A local court in Odisha’s Balasore would hear the bail plea moved by popular television actor Pralipta Priyadarshini Samal alias Jessy over the death of Odia actor Raja on Tuesday.

The District and Sessions Judge Court, Balasore would hear the bail plea which has been posted on March 1.

Earlier on the day, Jessy, presently lodged in Soro Sub Jail on charges of instigating Raja to commit suicide on February 16, was produced before SDJM court in Soro after her 15-day judicial custody ended on Monday.

It may be recalled that she was sent to judicial custody after the SDJM court rejected her bail plea.

The police have already conducted polygraph test of Jessy, who was in lead role in ‘To Aganara Tulasi Mun’ serial of Sarthak channel. The police are claimed to have gathered evidence against the television actress that would be produced before the court.
