Sex Racket Kingpin Sunil Meher Arrested From Kolkata

BHUBANESWAR: Inter-state sex racket kingpin Sunil Meher has been arrested by the Quick Action Team (QAT) of commissionerate police from Kolkata on Thursday.

Police said Sunil would be produced in court and it would seek his remand for his involvement in several sex rackets in Odisha.

After getting information that Sunil was moving to Kolkata from Ahmadabad in flight, the QAT managed to catch the sex racket kingpin, said police commissioner YB Khurania.

Khurania said he was wanted in several cases.

Sources said the Kyrgyz national, who had been rescued from Bhubaneswar after a sex racket was busted recently, was also sent by Meher to the state capital.
