Youth Trying To Avail Passport With Forge Documents Detained

BHUBANESWAR: The Commissionerate Police has detained one youth for submitting fake documents to get a passport at the Regional Passport office here on Wednesday.

The youth identified as Sheikh Farid of Balasore district was trying to avail a passport by submitting false documents. The passport officials caught him on suspicion and informed the police.

He had applied for the passport to visit China.

The police are interrogating him to extract more information about him.

Earlier, a dozen of Bangladeshi nationals was arrested by police while applying to avail passports from the regional passport office.
