Odisha Govt Effects Major Reshuffle In OAS Level

BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha government has effected a major reshuffle in OAS officers level.

While Kumuda Chandra Mallick is new special secretary OPSC, Ashok Kumar Nayak is new Additional Secretary Revenue & Disaster Management, and  Bijaya Kumar Nayak is new Additional Secretary Health & Family Welfare. Mukund Kisan is new Additional Commissioner Transport; Pabitra Mandal is new Additional Secretary ST & SC Development and Pradeep Kumar Gardia is new Secretary Odisha Khadi & Village Industries Board.

While Shyamali Mahapatra has been appointed as new Joint Secretary Higher Education,  Subhashree Nanda is new Joint Secretary School and Mass Education, and Bhawani Prasad Ray is new Joint Chief Election Officer.

Deba Prasad Das is new Joint Secretary State Commission for Persons with Disabilities, Nrusingh Chandra Swain is new ADM Nayagarh,  Bijaya Kumar Dash is new ADM Puri, and Laxmikant P Pradhan is new ADM Balangir.

Trilochan Majhi and Marshel Ekka allowed in situ promotion; Sakuntala Bindhani is new joint secretary food supply & consumer welfare, Deben Kumar Pradhan is new ADM Mayurbhanj,  Bhakta Charan Pradhan is new ADM Deogarh,  Bijaya Kumar Rath is new ADM Bargarh.
