Modi To Visit Odisha On June 2

BHUBANESWAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi would address a public meeting in Odisha’s Balasore on June 2, said BJP party sources on Friday.

The Prime Minister’s Office would confirm the visit on Saturday, sources added.

As the BJP government at Centre is completing two years, Modi will highlight the welfare schemes and programmes initiated by his government at the public meeting.

The party leaders expect that the visit of Modi would give a boost to state BJP leaders, who are already in a jubilant mode in the wake of thumping victory in recently held Assam assembly elections and increasing vote shares in other states.
