Rajat Choudhury Suspended From Congress

BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha Congress on Monday suspended its Youth Congress president Rajat Choudhury, who was arrested by CBI for his alleged links with chit fund firm Artha Tatwa Group.

Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Prasad Harichandan, who is in New Delhi, said that Choudhury had been suspended from the party.

Meanwhile, youth Congress workers burnt tyres in front of CBI office here protesting the arrest of Rajat Choudhury.

The CBI arrested Choudhury and Orissa High Court lawyer Debasish Panda for their alleged involvement with the chit fund firm Artha Tatwa Group.
