Bhubaneswar: Spiritual leader and the founder of the Art of Living Organisation, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will visit Sri Sri University’s campus in Bhubaneswar on November 16.
Ravi Shankar will grace the 3rd Convocation of Sri Sri University on November 18. Governor of Odisha has graciously consented to attend the event. Around 150 students of MBA, MA in Yoga & Naturopathy, MA in Good Governance and Public Policy and PhD will be graduating this year from the varsity which boasts of students from 20 states of India and five countries of the world.
Apart from convocation, Sri Sri is scheduled to visit the village near Sri Sri University which has been taken up by Art of Living in its endeavour to develop it into a model village in collaboration with the Government of Odisha, said a release.
The University will also witness the presence of more than 1000 teachers from Eastern and North Eastern regions of India for a three-day insightful meet.
Prarthana Samman is also being organised by Odisha Television with Poojya Gurudev as the chief guest of the programme to be held on November 17.
Sri Sri is scheduled to meet the important dignitaries of the state during his stay in the state.
