Rourkela girl stood second in national level competition

Bhubaneswar: Sukanya Behera from Rourkela has won second prize in a national level competition organized by the Department of Posts.

The Department of Posts had organized a nationwide competition inviting entries for designing the Commemorative Postage Stamps, Miniature Sheet, First day Cover and Broucher on the theme “Picnic”.

In this nationwide competition, Sukanya Behera has won the second prize.

Based on the selected entries two stamps, Miniature Sheet, First day Cover and Broucher on the theme “Picnic” have been released on November 14.

The design of Behera has been placed in the released Stamps, Miniature Sheet, First day Cover and Broucher.
