Online ticket sale for India-England ODI match begins

Cuttack: The online sale of tickets for the One-Day International (ODI) match between India and England scheduled to be played at the Barabati stadium started on Monday.

The ODI match will be played on January 19 here.

The cricket lovers can get tickets through get2thegames.com. The selling of tickets will continue till Jan 15

As many as 8,310 tickets will be sold online, Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) sources said.

The OCA decided to sell 25% of total tickets through online platforms. During the last match, the cricket body had allocated 10% of total tickets for online sale.

Total 42,000 tickets for the India vs England ODI will be available for spectators.

While online sale of tickets has began on Monday, the OCA affiliated agencies will sell ticket on January 14 and 15. Tickets at the counters of the Barabati Stadium will be available on January 16 and 17.

Earlier OCA had stated that they would provide swapping machines at the ticket counters to ensure cashless transactions for the match.
