Obscene remarks against RD students: CM orders CB probe

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday ordered for a Crime Branch (CB) probe into defamatory posts in social media involving students of Ramadevi Women’s College.

The Chief Minister also ordered for strict action against those involved in the incident.

Notably, photographs of over 100 students of the varsity were posted on Aarohi Creations’ Facebook page with objectionable caption “sex contest”.

Several girl students had filed a complaint with the Saheed Nagar police against the owner of Arohi Creations.
