Bharat bandh: Schools to remain closed in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Saturday said all schools in the state will remain closed on Monday as the Congress party has given Bharat Bandh call over the rise in fuel prices.

School and Mass Education secretary PK Mohapatra said the schools will remain closed for the safety of the students.

Notably, the Home Department has directed the district collectors to ask all officials to attend their respective offices by 9.30 AM on Monday to avoid any law and order situation.
