Bhubaneswar: The Bharat bandh call given by the Congress and other opposition parties over the hike in fuel price affected normal life in Odisha on Monday.
While the vehicular movement came to a grinding halt across the state, the train services also affected following the Bharat Bandh.
The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has cancelled as many as 12 trains in the state.
