PM Modi likely to visit Odisha again in January

Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is scheduled to visit Odisha on December 24, is likely to visit the state again in January next year ahead of 2019 elections.

Sources said the Prime Minister will attend a prgramme in Baripada on January 5 and another in western Odisha on January 16.

However, the tour itinerary of the Prime Minister is yet to be finalised.

National BJP president Amit Shah is also likely to visit Odisha in January next year.

During the visit of Modi on December 24, he will lay foundation stones for several developmental projects worth Rs 14,523 crores in the state.
