KALIA scheme: Odisha CM flags off Kalia Raths

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday flagged-off ‘Kalia Raths’ which will go to all Panchayats across the state to create awareness about the KALIA scheme launched for the benefit of farmers.

A total of 150 vehicles will move across rural areas to create awareness on different aspects of the KALIA scheme through audiovisual and folk art media, said an official.
