‘Absolute nonsense’, says Odisha CM on CBI grilling allegation

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday rubbished the allegation that he was questioned by the CBI in the past in connection with the chit fund scam in the state.

Citing media reports, BJP legislature party leader K.V. Singhdeo had alleged that Naveen Patnaik was quizzed by the central investigating agency in the past over the scam.

Singh Deo had sought a clarification from him earlier in the day today.

“Absolute nonsense”, said the Chief Minister.
