Chandrayan 2 moon landing: Sudarsan wishes ISRO with own style

Bhubaneswar: With the nation waiting eagerly for the soft-landing of ‘Vikram’ lander on the south pole of the moon, internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik on Friday wished luck to ISRO and the scientists in his own style.

Sudarsan has created a sand art at the Puri beach in Odisha wishing smooth landing of Vikram-Chandrayan 2 moon landing-on the lunar surface.

Ahead of Chandrayan 2 moon landing, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also wished the scientists best for the extremely complex manoeuvre.

“Excited to witness the momentous occasion in India’s space exploration and @isro’s historic soft landing of #Chandrayaan2 on the unexplored south polar region of our celestial neighbour, #Moon. Wish our scientists best for the extremely complex manoeuvre,” tweeted Patnaik.
