Vice President to attend 39th World Congress of Poets in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu is scheduled to visit Odisha on October 6 to attend the concluding ceremony of the 39th World Congress of Poets here.

The five-day poetry festival will commence at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) here on October 2 and conclude on October 6.

The Vice President is also scheduled to stay at the Raj Bhavan here after the event, said sources.

The Vice-President will meet various eminent personalities and politicians during his stay at Raj Bhawan.

The 39th World Congress of Poets is jointly hosted by World Academy of Arts and Culture and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
