OSRTC toll-free number for passengers

Bhubaneswar: To safeguard the interest of the public bringing transparency and redressal for the passengers, OSRTC has introduced a dedicated toll-free number.

The passengers can now call to Toll-free number: 1800-345-1122 for availing OSRTC bus-related information and also sharing their valuable feedback and complaints for redressal.

For the convenience of travelling passengers, the OSRTC toll-free number will operate 24×7 at OSRTC corporate office, Paribahan Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.

Based on the experienced gained and the feedback received from passengers, remedial measures will be taken to enrich the experience of passengers travelling with OSRTC buses.
