Youth arrested for posting intimate videos of ex-girlfriend

Keonjhar: A youth in Odisha’s Keonjhar district has been arrested for allegedly circulating intimate pictures and videos of his ex-girlfriend on social media platforms, said police on Wednesday.

The Joda police arrested the youth identified as Debasish Mohanta after the family of the girl lodged a complaint in this regard.

 Reportedly, the accused was in a relationship with the girl since his school days.

He had captured intimate videos and pictures on his mobile phone while they were in a relationship. However, the accused allegedly posted some intimate pictures and videos of his ex-girlfriend on social media platforms after they broke up.

Last year, a youth had circulated an intimate video of his ex-girlfriend after she married another youth in Deogarh district.
