Youth arrested for raping minor in Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhubaneswar: Police on Tuesday arrested a youth for allegedly raping a minor girl inside a school’s toilet in Odisha’s Bhadrak district.

The accused identified as Sashikant Mallick (22) allegedly raped an eight-year-old girl inside a school’s toilet at Mirghaat village under Dhusuri police limits in the district on Monday.

The minor’s father lodged a complaint in this regard on Monday.

As per reports, Mallick forcibly took the survivor into the school’s toilet during the games period and raped her.
