Smart work is necessary to crack exam: OAS topper Debasish Panda

Bhubaneswar: Debasish Panda, who topped the Odisha Civil Services exam 2018, said smart work is necessary to crack the OCS exam.

 “I had the ambition to join civil services during my graduation and planned my study accordingly. I was studying for 6-7 hours a day. But, I had not expected to top the OCS exam,” said Debasish.  

OAS topper also informed that he is planning to appear the Union Civil Service exam in the future.

Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Monday announced the OCS results 2018.

OAS topper Debasish Panda said the internet and Youtube helped him a lot for the preparation of the exam.
