Amid Coronavirus crisis, Odisha govt transfers health secretary

Bhubaneswar: In the middle of COVID-19 crisis, the Odisha government on Wednesday transferred Health secretary Nikunja Bihari Dhal to the Energy department.

A few days ago, the government had put senior IAS Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra as additional chief secretary of health department. That time, Dhal was allowed to continue as Health secretary.

While Health secretary Nikunja Bihari Dhal transferred to Energy department, Energy Secretary Bishupada Sethi posted as Revenue and Disaster Management Secretary.

Santosh Sarangi is posted as Science & Technology secretary.
