Highest! Bhubaneswar records 248 Covid cases

Bhubaneswar: A record number of 248 COVID-19 positive cases were reported under Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) in last 24 hours, said an official on Friday.

While 207 cases were reported from quarantine centres, 41 are local contact cases.

Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts and nearby houses are being quarantined, sanitised and will be under active surveillance, said BMC.
