Covid-19: Dhenkanal records biggest single-day surge

Bhubaneswar: Dhenkanal district has recorded 92 Covid-19 positive cases, biggest surge in a single day, informed the health department on Friday.

The total positive cases rose to 294 in Dhenkanal.

According to the district administration, while 87 cases were reported from home quarantine, five are local contacts.

With this, the active cases stood at 156 and recoveries at 138.
