Odisha reports fresh 1384 Covid cases, nine deaths

Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported 1384 new COVID-19 positive cases and nine deaths due to the virus in the last 24 hours, informed the health department on Tuesday.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the state surged to 37,681.

The death toll due to Covid-19 has increased to 216 in Odisha.

Uut of nine deaths, six persons died in Ganjam and one each reported from Puri, Jajpur and Khurdha.

Odisha has 14,350 active cases, while 23,073 people have been cured.
